These are keyrings and stickers that can be attached to any item. If you lose a tagged item, the offer of a reward makes it far more likely to be returned.
There are no limits, Please feel free to share them with other household members. We think most households will use about 25 tagz. All we ask is that you treat us fairly and don’t go crazy. We do reserve the right to restrict tagz if we think they are being used unfairly.
Just drop us an email and we will send you more free of charge. Remember we reserve the right to charge a fee for replacements if we feel you are requesting an unreasonable number of replacements.

This is entirely up to you. You need to consider how valuable the item is to you, whether it is easy to replace etc.
Until the item has been found, you can edit the value of the reward at any time.
We’ll send an email to your registered email address. Please keep an eye on your spam folder in case our email lands here.
We’ll ask you to make the payment to Reward Tagz via Paypal. We will hold this reward in our account and will only forward this to the finder once you confirm your item has been safely delivered.

If we use an alternative courier, we’ll advise you how to track the return of your item.
We will cover postage and packing costs up to a maximum of £30.00 per item. If the cost exceeds this, we will advise you about your options.
Only up to the value of £20 – You have the option to pay more if you wish to increase the level of insurance.
Basically yes. However, some items cannot be easily delivered by our courier. We will advise you about your options in this situation.
Reward Tagz never expire as long as your account is active.

In the event an item is lost before being activated, you must contact us by email at the earliest convenience and provide details of the item. of the item. This description will be kept on file and cross-reference with any inactive Tagz that get reported. If we believe there may be a match, we will contact you.

You can cancel your subscription any time you want! There is NO COMMITMENT!
If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your 'Tagz starter pack', you are eligible for a full refund of all money paid.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any other time you wish.
