The owner of the item sends the reward to Rewardtagz.
When the reward is received by Rewardtagz, you will then be asked to return the item.
The reward is held by Rewardtagz until the item is safely received by the owner.
At this point, we will forward the reward to your Paypal account.
We will forward confirmation to you via email when payment has been made.
Yes. We do ask that you wrap the item securely and, if appropriate, use bubble wrap. In order for you to receive your reward, the item does need to arrive in good condition.
Yes, Please forward a scanned copy via email or post your receipts and we will refund all reasonable packing costs. Please be aware the receipt must clearly have printed on it exactly what items you have purchased.
No. RewardTagz will forward return labels to you via email.We would ask that you print off and securely attach these to the item. If you prefer, we can post the return labels to you.
